Vibrant Vegan Wedding at Valentine DTLA
When I met Justine and Justin, AKA “The Justice League,” their charisma and intentionality really won me over.
They were very clear on their priorities - conscious spending, eco-friendly, and a fun, unique, and thoughtfully designed wedding. We really hit it off during our consultation, all of us very in line with the overall vision and aesthetic. Pretty on top of their planning game, they inquired for month-of coordination, a service I no longer provide. But we decided to partner together on their design concept, a completely custom package I created just for them. Justin’s background in marketing and branding and Justine’s savvy thrifting abilities made this an easy yes for me.
They had a lot of initial ideas and a primary goal of high visual impact without the use of many florals. I wanted to marry (haha pun intended) their interests - Justin’s sneaker obsession and Justine’s affinity for birds - as well as capture their dynamic personalities and welcoming energy. My focus was on color, light, and plants, playing off the wonderful green vibe that Valentine DTLA already provides.
